1. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Contact them directly for specific timelines.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds are processed digitally via bank transfer or UPI.
Ensure your account details (name, account number, UPI ID) are accurate when submitting your return request. Incorrect details may delay your refund.
2. What We Cannot Refund
Refunds are not available via cash, cheque, or in-store credit.
Items that do not meet our Returns Policy (e.g., damaged, worn, or missing tags) may not qualify for a refund.
Non-compliant returns will not be processed, and items may not be shipped back.
